Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls closed after explosion of vehicle reportedly entering U.S. from Canada

“I’ve been briefed on the incident on the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls and we are closely monitoring the situation." Gov. Kathy Hochul said.
